How do Infin8 Care Plans work?

Unless otherwise specified in the Project Proposal, you will default to the Infin8 Xtra Care Plan upon website completion. Our experts manage all aspects of your website, including the domain, hosting, setup, optimization, security, redundancy, maintenence & updates.
Infin8 Elite Care Plan
Our Elite Care Plan is an optional upgrade for more demanding developments, tailored to meet your exact requirements. Everything in the Infin8 Xtra Care Plan is included with your Infin8 Elite Care Plan. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Care Plan payments are made on a monthly basis and the price is evaluated annually and/or when your requirements change. Rest assured that any proposed changes will only come into effect if agreed in writing.
How are on location shoots arranged?
- Book a video call with an Infin8 Xpert to discuss your requirements.
- Paperwork and payments are processed after project proposal.
- Shoot planning and arrangements are finalised.
- A Call Sheet is presented prior to booking.
- Shoot conducted on location by an infin8 Cinematographer (iC).
- Post production commences after the shoot.
- Initial edits are reviewed using Dropbox Replay.
- Final assets are delivered via Dropbox Transfer.
